About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Pune team as Customer Service Representatives handling voice and chat interactions. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to develop their skills in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
