About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Mohali centre. The role involves providing English‑language support to customers while working rotational shifts, including nights.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in English.
Work according to the assigned rotational schedule, covering day and night shifts.

Required profile

Undergraduate degree (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Immediate availability to join.
