Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for customer‑focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support the team in improving customer service processes and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / 12th Pass or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Patient, positive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous customer service/BPO experience is an advantage; freshers may apply.

What we offer

• CTC ranging from ₹26,000 to ₹38,000 per month, with night‑shift allowance where applicable.
• Complimentary meals during shifts.
• Cab facility available between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Temporary accommodation for five days for candidates relocating to Ahmedabad.
• Travel ticket support from the candidate’s current location to Ahmedabad for eligible relocations.
