About the role
The Customer Service Representative position is open exclusively for fresh graduates. Candidates will join HCLTECH’s call centre team in Lucknow, handling customer interactions through phone, email, and chat. Interested applicants can attend the walk‑in interview at HCLTECH Village, Kanjehara, Lucknow between 11 am and 2 pm on 1 June 2026, bringing a photocopy of their updated CV.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via telephone, email, or chat to address their queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (non‑BTech) with no prior work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems and MS Office Word.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong grasp of English grammar.
- Ability to communicate clearly over phone, email, or chat.
