Customer Service Representative – French (Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Mumbai office. You will provide voice, email and chat support to French‑language customers, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in French via phone, email and chat.
• Translate and interpret information accurately when required.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support.
• Utilise scheduling and rostering knowledge when applicable.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in French (written and verbal) – minimum B2 level.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Current residence in Mumbai and willingness to work onsite.
• French language certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer support, operations, translation or similar roles is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
