Customer Service Manager

About the role

The Customer Service Manager will lead the performance of a flexible workspace centre, acting as the owner of the site’s day‑to‑day operations. You will ensure exceptional service for customers, drive sales through upselling, and turn satisfied clients into brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site activities and overall centre performance.
• Address challenges promptly and solve operational problems.
• Conduct tours for prospective customers and upsell services to existing clients.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service to foster brand advocacy.

Required profile

• Experience leading a small, close‑knit team and meeting targets.
• Background in managing a flexible workspace centre, retail store, restaurant or similar customer‑focused site.
• Strong commercial mindset with passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
