Customer Service Executive/Associate – Travel (Flights)

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate for Customer Experience within our CST Business, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers booking flights through Paytm Travel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and social media, handling escalated issues and complex inquiries.
- Identify and address trends in customer complaints, implement process improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and finance teams to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Strong expertise with GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo.
- Understanding of ticketing, refunds, cancellations, reissues, and PNR checks; preferably from the flights or aviation industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and drive operational excellence.
