About the role

The Customer Service Executive in the Technical Support Center will manage incoming customer queries and ensure smooth operational delivery. This operational role requires taking ownership of issues, following defined processes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer‑reported issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system or application problems.
  • Identify and implement appropriate solutions or work‑arounds.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the correct internal teams following standard procedures.
  • Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) proactively.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree with 0‑4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in fast‑paced, high‑availability, 24 × 7 customer service environments.
  • Willingness to stay updated on the latest technologies in the domain.
