About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle client queries across calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels, ensuring quick and effective solutions for our event‑ticketing platform.

Key responsibilities

Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and provide quick, effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Assist clients with event‑related information, bookings, payments and other concerns.
Maintain records of client interactions, queries and feedback.

Required profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer‑handling and problem‑solving abilities.
Patient, professional and customer‑focused approach.
Good follow‑up and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be based in Mumbai, immediate joiner, willing to work 6 days a week.
