About the role

Startek is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Kolkata team as Customer Service Executives. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused approach.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
