Customer Service Associate – International Voice (Gurugram)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Associates to join our International Voice team in Gurugram. You will handle inbound and outbound calls for global clients, providing prompt and accurate assistance while maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer calls for international clients in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer the best available solutions.
- Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established process guidelines and quality parameters.
- Document interactions accurately in the required systems.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or graduate freshers are welcome.
- Graduates with prior experience in International Voice BPO are also encouraged to apply.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
