About the role
Accenture is looking for a Customer Service Analyst with intermediate French language skills to support its North America customer service operations. The analyst will perform analysis and resolve lower‑complexity issues, collaborating closely with internal peers and, on occasion, with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and solve lower‑complexity customer service problems.
- Interact daily with peers across Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
- Impact own work and potentially the work of others as an individual contributor within a team.
- May be required to work rotational shifts.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Any graduate degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in French.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Focus on delivery excellence.
- Understanding of HR delivery strategy and process design.
