About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to support its Life Sciences clients. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries in Spanish and Portuguese, performing analysis of lower‑complexity issues, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve low‑complexity customer problems, providing timely solutions.
- Interact daily with Accenture peers and, when required, update supervisors.
- Maintain limited direct contact with clients and internal management.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
- Contribute as an individual team member, with decisions affecting personal and team outcomes.
Required profile
- Life Sciences graduate (BSc/MSc or Master of Pharmacy) with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese (B2) and Spanish (B2).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work within defined processes.
Required skills
- Customer Service – primary competency.
- Spanish language – intermediate level.
- Portuguese language – intermediate level.
