Customer Relationship Manager – Insurance (Nellore)

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will lead an insurance sales team and manage an orphan customer database across multiple campaigns. The role focuses on delivering pre‑ and post‑sales support, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent quarterly performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive insurance business from the assigned team and orphan database across campaigns.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales support and maintain strong relationships with orphan customers.
• Upsell customers through various campaigns and ensure renewal collection and AUM conservation.
• Achieve premium and NOP targets to contribute to overall company growth.
• Allocate leads to team members, monitor performance, and guide them through the sales process.
• Implement the Loyalty Model and ensure smooth execution of sales and service processes.
• Communicate process changes and regulatory updates via training modules.
• Handle sales calls, policy issuance, and complaint resolution without interruptions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to adopt a service‑to‑sales approach for orphan customers.
• Experience managing a sales team and handling attrition challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor topline health and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for training and process change communication.
