About the role
The Customer Relations Co‑worker will be the front‑line ambassador for our retail stores in the Pacific region, ensuring every shopper receives a friendly, professional and efficient experience. You will handle inquiries, complaints, returns and provide solutions that meet customer needs while supporting overall store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver courteous, solution‑focused service.
- Process payments, returns, exchanges and claims accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
- Record customer feedback and interactions in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked and safe work area.
- Promote products and services by understanding customer needs and suggesting alternatives.
- Contribute to daily and weekly service targets and share insights to improve store performance.
