Customer Experience Associate (French-speaking)

About the role

Brevo is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Experience Associate to act as the bridge between its CRM platform and its users. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and chat, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets, providing timely answers.
• Respond to phone calls (incoming and outgoing) and guide clients to appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and report bugs.
• Master email‑marketing best practices and become proficient with Brevo’s platform.
• Perform technical tasks such as DNS record configuration, editing email‑friendly HTML, and using the Brevo API.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and spoken French (C1 level or higher).
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, Freshdesk or Zendesk.
• Knowledge of email‑marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with DNS record creation/modification.
• Ability to work with HTML for email design.
• Basic understanding of the Brevo API.
