Customer Experience Associate – French (E‑commerce)

About the role

Brevo is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Experience Associate to support its e‑commerce SaaS product, PushOwl. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets promptly.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing tailored solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify and report bugs.
• Develop expertise in email marketing best practices and Brevo’s platform tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• DNS record creation and modification.
• HTML for email‑friendly content.
• Working with APIs (Brevo API).
