Customer Contact Communications Associate – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Customer Contact Communications Associate – Voice to join its Customer Support vertical. In this position you will handle inbound voice queries, resolve complaints, and ensure issues are closed within defined service level agreements while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, adhering to quality and SLA standards.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and service teams to maintain consistent communication across all channels.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Any graduation, 12th, PUC or HSC qualification.
• Proficient English (international) with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to rotational shift schedules.
• Good stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
