Customer Care Associate (Spanish) – Bengaluru

About the role

Hinduja Global Solutions is looking for a bilingual Customer Care Associate who will handle Spanish‑language inquiries for a range of products and services. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves working night shifts and a rotational schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across assigned lines of business.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, repairs, exchanges, product troubleshooting, and account questions.
• Provide first‑contact resolution and escalate complex cases following defined procedures.
• Document all interactions accurately in client‑approved systems, creating cases, orders, and service tickets.
• Follow client‑approved scripts, processes, and quality standards, including QISMS and PCI‑DSS compliance.
• Meet performance KPIs such as handle time, documentation accuracy, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team leaders, SMEs, QA, WFM, and support teams, participating in huddles and volume‑spike initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 2–10 years of international customer support experience with Spanish language proficiency.
• Willingness to work night shifts and a 5‑day‑on/2‑day‑off rotational schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
• Web navigation proficiency.
