Customer Acquisition Executive – Lead Generation (Australia Outbound)

About the role
As a Lead Generation Associate, you will handle outbound calling to Australian customers, generate leads, and maintain follow‑ups while ensuring high call quality. You will work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday‑Friday) and 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays, with Sundays off, supporting the team’s daily and weekly targets and professionally handling customer queries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
- Generate leads and maintain consistent follow‑ups.
- Maintain call quality while achieving daily and weekly targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required profile
- Freshers with exceptional conversation skills are welcome.
- Experience in sales calls or lead generation is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work early‑morning Australian shift hours.
What we offer
- Salary ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (in hand) plus attractive incentives.
