About the role
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components that meet specific business needs. You will work in an agile environment using modern frameworks to deliver scalable, high‑performing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom software solutions across various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Improve existing components for better performance and reliability.
- Document code changes and development processes for knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Allegro ERTM.
- At least 15 years of full‑time education.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a solid understanding of software design.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Allegro ERTM.
