The Custom Software Engineer will design, develop, and enhance tailored software solutions that meet specific business requirements. Working within an agile environment, you will use modern Python frameworks to build scalable, high‑performing applications for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom software components using Python and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Maintain and optimise existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document code, designs, and processes to facilitate future maintenance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing with Python frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality.
