About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance tailored software solutions that integrate across multiple systems. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing applications using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom software components that meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Maintain and improve the quality, performance, and reliability of existing software.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to optimise development processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• 15 years of full‑time education.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Active participation in team discussions and problem‑solving.
