Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop and enhance bespoke software components for our clients. The role focuses on building scalable, high‑performance solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices, primarily within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and deploy custom applications on SAP BTP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to boost performance and user experience.
• Document code changes, development processes and system configurations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in SAP BTP application development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
