About the role

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance tailored software components across various systems and applications. The role focuses on delivering scalable, high‑performing solutions that meet specific business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions using Python frameworks and related web development libraries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to boost performance and user experience.
• Document designs, processes, and code to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Python frameworks.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education.
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Active participation in team discussions and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and Python frameworks.
• Experience with web development frameworks and libraries for Python.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
