CSW Integration Specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a CSW Integration Specialist to lead continuous integration and deployment efforts for automotive software. You will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases and efficient development cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integration and verification environments for CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the primary contact for global stakeholders, providing project progress updates.
• Identify and manage risks throughout integration and execution phases.
• Translate technical and business requirements into resource plans.
• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct technical reviews of team deliverables and measure performance using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate between development teams and clients for seamless project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with software developers to diagnose defects in test environments.
• Promote automation and leverage generative AI to improve workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or MCA.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive software integration on QNX/Linux platforms.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and interact with customers.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with distributed, geographically diverse teams.
