CRM Manager – Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle communication for our Fitness Services business. You will design and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive conversion, revenue, activation, engagement and retention for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and enhance CRM across the full user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS and RCS.
• Drive conversion and revenue through timely, relevant messaging and journey design.
• Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, creatives, channels, timing and journeys.
• Use user data to build segmentation and personalisation strategies.
• Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards with minimal reliance on analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, Analytics and Growth teams.
• Own campaign calendars, ensure execution quality and manage day‑to‑day CRM operations.
• Mentor a small team to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or growth roles.
• Background in consumer startups, preferably D2C, subscriptions or fitness.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as MoEngage or similar.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and experimentation.
• Comfortable working with data, defining metrics, analysing performance and building dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action in a fast‑paced environment.
