Social Media Intern – Content Creation & Trend Management

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join our fast‑paced team in Bengaluru. You will help create engaging reels, posts and captions that resonate with our audience across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Produce scroll‑stopping reels and static posts.
• Write authentic, non‑robotic captions.
• Contribute fresh content ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor emerging trends and apply them before they become outdated.
• Edit reels, memes and other visual creatives.
• Manage and schedule content on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Conduct competitor research to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with internet culture, memes and current trends.
• High personal screen time and a habit of saving reel ideas.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn ordinary topics into engaging content.
• Comfortable working in a constantly online environment.
