SEO Specialist – Bangalore

About the role

Dover is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead organic search initiatives for its digital properties in Bangalore. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve visibility, drive traffic, and enhance user experience using advanced analytics and testing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
• Monitor website performance with Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Use Adobe Target for A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Optimize site architecture, metadata, internal linking, and implement technical SEO best practices (site speed, mobile‑friendliness, structured data).
• Manage off‑page SEO activities, including link‑building and digital PR.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO‑friendly content.
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Produce performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of proven SEO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (web development, digital marketing); MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
