Creative Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Production Specialist to lead end‑to‑end content production for Saadaa, a fast‑growing D2C lifestyle brand. You will translate creative concepts into flawless shoots, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all shoots, defining timelines, resources, and execution roadmaps.
• Manage on‑site shoot execution, coordinating teams, talent, and vendors.
• Oversee logistics including locations, props, styling, equipment, and overall shoot readiness.
• Control production budgets and optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate external partners such as videographers, photographers, stylists, freelancers, and agencies.
• Align shoot schedules with content calendars and marketing campaign timelines.
• Develop and maintain efficient production workflows to improve speed and output.
• Track post‑production progress and work with editors to ensure timely delivery of final assets.
• Conduct quality checks to guarantee visual and brand standards.
• Resolve last‑minute changes, delays, or on‑ground issues with practical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, creative operations, or shoot execution.
• Proven ability to handle shoots from planning through delivery.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management and coordination skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple shoots, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with vendors, freelancers, and production teams.
• Practical knowledge of shoot requirements such as locations, lighting, equipment, and styling.
• Solution‑oriented, calm under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
