Creative Design Partner

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a Creative Design Partner to blend design, social media and storytelling in order to strengthen its employer brand. You will translate recruitment priorities into high‑impact visual concepts and copy, supporting talent‑attraction campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts, visual identities, mood boards and storyboards from campaign briefs and talent insights.
• Design and produce high‑quality assets for social media, career sites, presentations, newsletters, events, email marketing and video.
• Manage the Talent Attraction social media calendar, adapt content for platform specifications and monitor community engagement.
• Write inclusive, engaging copy for posts, headlines, job ads, career pages, newsletters and video scripts.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of hands‑on experience in graphic/creative design, social media content or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and offline creative concepts.
• Proven ability to manage social media calendars and community interaction.
• Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills for both short‑form and long‑form content.
• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is preferred.
