Creative Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Creative Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee projects from brief through delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and our internal creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Translate objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs for design, content, video and digital teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor timelines, approvals, budgets and ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Present concepts, campaign updates and final creative work to clients, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Track project progress, identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Spot opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an advertising, branding or digital‑marketing agency.
• Strong visual design sense and a performance‑driven mindset for content.
• Excellent client‑servicing, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven project‑management and organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
• Ownership mindset, problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
