Courier Delivery Executive – New Delhi

About the role

Join NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a Courier Delivery Executive in New Delhi. You will be responsible for picking up parcels from designated locations and delivering them promptly to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect packages from assigned hubs and deliver them to customers on time.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Ensure the safety and security of parcels during transit.
• Communicate delivery schedules and any changes to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well‑maintained.
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimise delivery routes.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass or higher.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in courier or delivery services.
• Valid Aadhar and PAN cards.
• Valid driving licence and a reliable two‑wheeler or vehicle.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
