Country Head - Germany

About the role

Reporting to the VP, the Country Head – Germany will lead Oxford International’s university partnership recruitment strategy and operations for partners across India, managing agent networks and driving enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the recruitment strategy for partners in India, in consultation with the VP.
• Manage agent relationships to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and Conversion teams to align pipelines, materials and campaigns.
• Represent Oxford International at recruitment events and provide counselling to prospective students.
• Produce market intelligence reports and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in India and meet child‑safeguarding requirements.
• Minimum degree level; fluent in English and at least one regional language.
• At least 4 years of experience recruiting students and significant experience in educational sales.
• Strong understanding of international higher‑education and 6th‑form markets.

Required skills

• Good PC and database management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
