Country Head – University Partnerships (India)

About the role

Reporting to the Vice President, the Country Head will lead university partnership recruitment across India. The role combines strategic planning, agent management and cross‑functional collaboration to meet and exceed enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead for partner recruitment in India and sit on the India leadership team.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategy in consultation with the VP.
• Manage agent relationships, ensuring performance meets or exceeds targets.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and Conversion teams to align pipelines, materials and campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners and agents to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with admissions criteria, policies and procedures.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and provide counselling to prospective students.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in student recruitment or related sales roles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Target‑driven, flexible and a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
