Corrosion Engineer – Offshore Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking a Corrosion Engineer to support offshore oil and gas projects. The role involves delivering engineering studies, managing corrosion control strategies, and ensuring material integrity throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrosion studies and develop control techniques during pre‑bid engineering and post‑order execution.
• Select appropriate materials and coatings for offshore facilities.
• Conduct Risk Based Inspection (RBI) assessments and related studies for domestic and international clients.
• Apply relevant corrosion codes, standards, and best‑practice industrial procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate corrosion management into project designs.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of engineering materials and corrosion management/control methods.
• Familiarity with corrosion‑related codes and standards.
• Professional certification in corrosion engineering is preferred.
• Experience with offshore oil and gas projects.
