Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – Multilingual

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer who holds an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification and can deliver high‑impact instructor‑led sessions on Microsoft technologies to a global audience. The role involves both virtual and classroom delivery in multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver engaging instructor‑led training (virtual and classroom) on Microsoft products and solutions.
• Provide AI‑focused training, including hands‑on labs with Claude and AI agent development.
• Adapt training materials for learners across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft technologies and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.
• Proven experience delivering training to global audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and learner‑engagement abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Office 365, Power Platform).
• Claude AI model and AI agent development.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) expertise.
