Corporate Investigator – Enterprise Protection Program (Global)

About the role

The Corporate Investigator supports the Enterprise Protection Program by examining internal theft, fraud, vandalism, and policy violations across global sites. Working under the GI Regional Manager, the role blends technology, analytical methods, and interviewing techniques to safeguard personnel, information, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CCTV footage, access‑control logs, and other data sources to identify behaviours, root causes, and evidence.
• Prioritise and manage multiple investigations simultaneously, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Collect, document, and preserve video, images, documents, and other evidence throughout the case workflow.
• Conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and persons of interest using established, non‑coercive techniques.
• Investigate both external threats and internal incidents such as asset theft or intellectual‑property loss.
• Utilise a structured case‑management system to track investigations, analyse trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare clear written reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in training, mentor peers, and share knowledge within the investigative team.
