Corporate Communication Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic communicator to lead our corporate communications function. In this senior position you will shape the company’s voice across domestic and international channels, support senior leadership, and champion our ESG and brand narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated corporate communication strategies that protect brand reputation and align with global business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with business, financial and trade media; oversee press statements, media strategy and spokesperson preparation.
• Draft high‑impact speeches, presentations, opinion pieces and board‑level messaging for the CEO and senior executives.
• Develop crisis communication frameworks, guide rapid decision‑making during sensitive situations and safeguard brand trust.
• Lead external storytelling for sustainability, CSR and corporate governance initiatives.
• Manage external PR and creative agencies, ensuring quality, impact and budget efficiency.
• Monitor media sentiment, track communication KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate communications, public relations or reputation management, preferably in a large B2C or diversified corporate environment.
• Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, MBA or a related field.
• Exceptional written and editorial abilities, proven crisis‑management expertise and strong executive presence.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams (Legal, HR, Marketing, R&D) and manage high‑stakes external networks.
• Proactive, strategic mindset capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
