Coordinator, Eviction and Redemption

About the role

This position requires you to efficiently coordinate with eviction/foreclosure attorneys, preservation vendors, and stakeholders on REO eviction and redemption files. The goal is to liquidate the files within approved timelines so they can be moved for marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and research REO property files, initiate eviction on occupied properties, and send eviction referrals to attorneys.
• Review property preservation inspection reports to determine the proper workflow.
• Facilitate closure of eviction actions through periodic follow‑up with attorneys by phone and email on each file.
• Ensure every task is reviewed and completed within SLA requirements.
• Gather information from internal teams and provide it to attorneys.
• Update the system of record daily to reflect the status of each eviction file.
• Act as a liaison with different departments and business units to ensure smooth closure of files.
• Provide necessary updates to the client whenever required without delay.
• Review eviction invoices submitted by the eviction attorney.
• Identify matters that require supervisor’s attention.
• Maintain adherence to the organization’s code of conduct and act as a team player.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of International BPO experience (preferably US).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Flexible to work night shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
