Cook – Kitchen Production (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team in Indore. The role involves preparing high‑quality meals according to company recipes while upholding strict hygiene and safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food following company recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety guidelines at all times.
• Handle raw material storage and ensure proper inventory management.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Minimize waste by using ingredients efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and equipment safely operated.
• Support the team during peak hours and follow directions from the Kitchen Supervisor or Production Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; culinary diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or food‑manufacturing unit.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
