Continental Chef (Pizza Specialist) – Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie specialized in Continental cuisine and pizza preparation to join our kitchen team in Mysuru. The role involves delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining consistency and hygiene standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present Continental dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Manage the pizza station: dough preparation, proofing, topping, and baking using stone/deck or wood‑fired ovens.
• Coordinate daily prep and menu execution with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Control stock, monitor wastage, and ensure station cleanliness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or pizzeria kitchen.
• BHM & Certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Familiarity with Italian and Continental cooking techniques.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a high‑pressure kitchen.
