Content Producer (Video & On‑Camera Creator)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Content Producer who can take a video idea from script to a ready‑to‑post asset. The role combines scriptwriting, on‑camera presenting, quick editing and coordination with our in‑house editor for longer pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Write scripts and storyboards for product explainers, social reels, testimonials, ad creatives and event recap videos.
• Appear on camera and record short‑form videos independently.
• Rough‑edit and finalize short‑form content (Reels/Shorts) for same‑day or same‑hour posting.
• Plan and execute shoots both in‑studio and on‑location, managing lighting, audio and framing.
• Organise raw footage, shot logs and creative briefs for handoff to the in‑house video editor for longer or polished pieces.
• Collaborate with Video Editing, Social Media, Marketing Content and Ads teams to align output with campaign calendars.
• Own timelines from concept through delivery and travel occasionally for on‑ground event coverage across India.

Required profile

• Proven scriptwriting ability for short‑form and marketing video (portfolio required).
• Confident, natural on‑camera presence without reliance on a script.
• Hands‑on shooting experience with DSLR, mirrorless or high‑end smartphone rigs, including lighting and audio setup.
• Working knowledge of a quick‑edit tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or InShot.
• Strong storytelling instinct with an understanding of pacing, hooks and platform‑specific formats (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Ability to organise and log footage clearly for smooth handoff.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
