Content - Creator & Community Lead

About the role

Early Sunday Kids is seeking a Content - Creator & Community Lead to own the day‑to‑day execution of its content, creator, and community initiatives. Working directly with the Fractional CMO and founder, you will translate strategy into scroll‑stopping content, strong creator relationships, and an engaged community of parents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram and other channels, including UGC, community features, creator content, and event coverage.
• Write and design supporting assets such as captions, newsletters, seasonal edits, and brand collateral with an editorial tone.
• Identify, outreach, and build relationships with parent creators, writers, and lifestyle voices that align with the brand.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables with creators, negotiate partnership terms, and track performance.
• Bring community strategy to life through pop‑ups, workshops, partner activations, and ambassador programs.
• Act as the central point of coordination across agencies, freelancers, and partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in content creation, creator partnerships, or community management.
• High‑ownership mindset comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early‑stage luxury brand.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep projects, timelines, and deliverables aligned.
