Content & Community Associate

About the role

FRND is building a social platform that connects millions of users across India’s regional audiences. As a Content & Community Associate you will own the voice of the community, nurture creators and micro‑influencers, and help shape safe, engaging spaces that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for community members, resolving issues and fostering lasting relationships.
• Scale regional communities in languages such as Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, Hindi and Punjabi.
• Identify, nurture and grow micro‑influencers who drive matchmaking, gifting and live interactions.
• Design and execute monetisation and up‑skilling strategies for creators.
• Collaborate with product teams to launch and optimise features that improve engagement, retention and revenue.
• Monitor cultural trends and introduce viral formats to the app ahead of competitors.
• Maintain safe, inclusive and interactive environments across multiple language groups.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in community, operations or campaign management, preferably with regional audiences.
• Strong understanding of one or more Indian regional languages and cultures.
• Proven ability to connect with people at scale and build trust.
• High ownership mindset and ability to act without waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
