Content Analyst (Data Steward)

About the role

The Content Analyst (Data Steward) ensures data across Precision AQ's product portfolio is accurate, complete, and consistent. Reporting to the Product Owner in the Precision Medicine Group, the role works remotely with cross‑functional teams to classify, manage, and update data.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, cleanse, and enrich data to maintain high quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define critical data elements and quality standards.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage, and metadata.
• Develop data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor data integrity across multiple systems and conduct profiling to identify issues.
• Build and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Integrate data management processes with development and delivery activities.
• Train end‑users on best practices and ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in governance committees and gather feedback for product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with US healthcare data is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL
• Data modeling and database management systems
• Data profiling and analysis tools
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Reltio or Informatica
• Knowledge of Snowflake
