Contact Center Agent – Customer Service (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic, customer‑oriented individuals to join our Global Excellence Center as Contact Center Agents. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound communications across voice, email, WhatsApp and chat, delivering high‑quality service to an international customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp and chat inquiries.
• Provide effective customer service through voice, email, or chat channels.
• Log and track customer issues using Salesforce or other ticketing tools.
• Resolve complaints promptly and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to achieve accurate resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve issues.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational schedules.

Required profile

• Graduate (preferred) with at least 2 years of experience in voice or email/chat customer service, preferably international.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts and week‑offs.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing platforms.
