Consulting and Advisory Lead

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a senior leader to head its Data & AI consulting and advisory practice in Bangalore. The role combines strategic advisory with hands‑on delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for clients and building a trusted reputation for the service line.

Key responsibilities

• Define and grow the Data & AI consulting practice, establishing methods, quality standards and delivery playbooks.
• Lead critical landing engagements, overseeing scope, staffing, approach and client outcomes.
• Act as the senior advisory voice to senior client stakeholders on Data & AI strategy, adoption and transformation.
• Develop and mentor advisory staff, collaborating with the AI‑CoE to staff client projects in a matrix model.
• Provide pre‑sales support, shaping solutions, proposals and client workshops.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of experience in technology or management consulting with a strong Data & AI advisory track record.
• Proven ability to earn senior client trust and translate ambiguous problems into structured engagements.
• Experience working alongside engineering and architecture teams in a services or product organization.
• History of leading complex consulting engagements to referenceable outcomes.
