Consulting and Advisory Lead – Data & AI

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Data & AI consulting and advisory practice. The role focuses on building client trust, delivering high‑impact engagements, and shaping the practice’s methodology and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and grow the Data & AI consulting practice, establishing standards, playbooks and quality metrics.
• Lead landing engagements, overseeing scope, staffing, delivery and client outcomes.
• Act as the senior advisory voice for clients, guiding Data & AI strategy, adoption and transformation.
• Develop and mentor advisory staff, collaborating with the AI Centre of Excellence in a matrix model.
• Provide pre‑sales support, shaping solutions, proposals and workshops, and contribute to thought‑leadership narratives.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of experience in technology or management consulting with a strong Data & AI advisory track record.
• Proven ability to earn senior client trust and translate ambiguous problems into structured engagements.
• Experience working alongside engineering and architecture teams in service or product environments.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Data & AI and Generative AI landscape and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Expertise in consulting methodologies, delivery standards and client relationship management.
