Consultant - Tax - LBS - Sirion (Legal Business Services)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Consultant to join its Legal Business Services (LBS) practice, focusing on tax technology and contract lifecycle management (CLM) using Sirion. You will help legal departments transform their processes through automation, data management and integration of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with client project teams and Deloitte leadership to manage day‑to‑day interactions.
• Optimize tax and legal processes by aligning technology solutions with client requirements.
• Develop and implement automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency of tax and legal departments.
• Provide training and support for software tools and process changes.
• Assist with project management tasks such as work‑plan creation, budget tracking, status reporting and participation in status calls.
• Collaborate across functions to maintain holistic client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Required skills

• Experience with Sirion or similar CLM platforms.
